Using this website

This site describes UpSiteMe services and provides ways to contact Tom Rumbaugh. It does not accept online purchases or enroll you in a subscription.

Scope comes before work

Published prices describe the stated packages. Before work begins, we confirm suitability, scope, schedule, fees and the applicable agreement. Custom integrations and third-party subscriptions may have separate costs. Contacting us does not create an order or recurring charge.

Results and responsibilities

We do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, traffic or sales. Clients must confirm their business facts, rights to supplied content and applicable legal requirements. Example designs are labeled and are not claims of customer results.

Rights and external services

Website materials and brand assets remain subject to their respective ownership and license terms. Linked providers operate under their own terms. Delivered website ownership, handoff, cancellation and service obligations are addressed in the project agreement.
