Know the scope before you start.
We confirm the hosting start date, request queue, content you supply, cancellation terms and handoff in your written agreement. Unlimited updates are not billed by the minute; new integrations, custom apps, original photography and extensive research are quoted separately. Domain registration, Shopify, paid apps and other third-party subscriptions are separate.

What counts as an update?
Any change to a page you already have: wording, photos, prices, hours, staff, a new testimonial you provide, a layout tweak, a new section. Change five or six things on a page at once if you like. No counting minutes, no nickel-and-diming.
What counts as a new page?
A brand-new page at its own address, like a new service, a project showcase, a location page or a promotion. Care includes up to five a month; Growth covers virtually as many as your business needs.
How do I ask for changes?
However is easiest for you: email, text or the request form. Tell us what to change in plain language, send photos if you have them, and we take it from there.
How fast are updates?
Send the change. We handle it, review it and confirm when it will be live. Larger requests and new pages are scheduled with you.
Who reviews my changes?
Every change is reviewed before it publishes. Nothing goes live that would make a claim you did not approve.
What does Total add over Growth?
Growth keeps your site current. Total also works on being found: each month we check the whole site for technical and AI-readiness issues, review Search Console and analytics, make one search-driven improvement or new page, keep your Google Business Profile and schema aligned, and send a plain report. It is the SiteChase approach applied to your UpSite. We never promise rankings.
What does "virtually unlimited" mean on Growth?
As many new pages as a single business website genuinely needs, produced at a steady pace. It is not meant for mass-producing thousands of near-duplicate pages, which would hurt your search visibility anyway.
Is hosting really included?
Yes. All plans include hosting your UpSite on the Cloudflare edge network. Your domain registration stays in your name and is paid to your registrar.
