How it works

See it. Refine it. Approve it.
Then go live.

Share your website. See a page rebuilt in your brand. Give feedback on the preview, agree the scope, and approve the replacement before launch. Your existing website stays live while we work.

The process

Your website. Your say at every step.

Nothing extra happens without your OK. Scope is what you asked for; extras like more pages, shopping systems or photo shoots are quoted separately.

Every page gets its own review and sign-off.

Keep what works. Improve what does not.

Free review and sample page

Send us your website. We review it, then rebuild one page free in your brand so you can compare the old page and the UpSite side by side.

Inventory and plan

Every existing URL, page, image, form and call to action is listed. You choose what stays, what goes and what each page should get visitors to do.

Capture your brand in a design system

Your colors, fonts, spacing, voice and components are written into a design document so every page, now and later, stays consistent.

Rebuild page by page

Pages are rebuilt as clean prebuilt HTML. Copy is corrected and tightened, headings are structured, and JSON-LD structured data is added. Keep what works. Improve what does not.

Review and sign-off

You review each page on a private preview link and request changes. Mark the preview or send feedback by email or text. Each page gets its own approval before launch.

Launch with redirects and tracking

Old URLs are redirected to their new pages, forms and calls are routed to your inbox or CRM, analytics keeps running, and everything is tested with your team before the switch.

Keep improving

Text or email a change and it is built and reviewed, with a confirmed publishing schedule. Care plans add new pages every month.

Who does what

Your part is small. Ours is the rest.

Your part

  • Send your website address and what frustrates you about it
  • Confirm business facts: services, areas, hours, prices
  • Review each page on the private preview and say what to change
  • Approve the launch when you are happy

Our part

  • Inventory every URL, page, image, form and call to action
  • Write your design system and rebuild each page as finished HTML
  • Tighten copy, structure headings, add JSON-LD and redirects
  • Test forms, tracking and email records, then launch with a rollback plan
  • Keep publishing reviewed updates after launch

For your technical person

Same goal. A different order of operations.

Most website platforms assemble your page when a visitor asks for it, then add caching so they don't have to do it again. An UpSite starts with the finished page.

Visitor clicks→Server runs software→Database lookups→Theme + plugins assemble the page→Page sent

Caching can skip some of this on repeat visits, which is why so many sites add caching plugins and services. That works, but it's extra machinery to configure, update and keep secure.

You request a change→We build + review the page→Finished page published to the edge→Visitor clicks→Page delivered

The work still happens. It just happens once, at the right time: when there's something new to build. Visitors receive a page that's already finished.

Under the hood

Named tools. No mystery.

You don't need to know any of this to own an UpSite. But if you or your IT person wants to know, here is exactly what we use.

Astro

A modern site builder that outputs plain, readable HTML. Very little JavaScript ships unless a page truly needs it.

Cloudflare edge network

Your finished pages are served from Cloudflare's worldwide network, close to whoever is visiting.

The Design.md system

A written design standard for your brand, so every new page matches without guesswork.

Version history

Every change is tracked. Any update can be rolled back to a previous version.

Live services where needed

Forms, booking, chat and checkout connect to proven services, so the page itself stays simple.

Less to attack

No admin login on the public site, no database behind every page and no plugins waiting on security patches.

Process questions

What people ask before they start.

How long does a conversion take?

It depends on the size of the site. Page count, content readiness, forms and shopping determine the schedule. You get a written schedule with your quote, and we aim to beat it.

Do I need to give you my WordPress or Wix login?

Not to start. We can build from your public pages. For launch we need access to your domain settings (DNS) or someone who can make the change, and we document every change so it can be reversed.

Will my site be down during the switch?

We plan the move to minimize disruption. The new site is built and tested on a preview address while your current site keeps running. The switch itself is a DNS change that can propagate at different times, and the old site stays available as a fallback until you are happy.

What happens to my email?

Nothing, if we do it right. Email records (MX) are separate from website records and are preserved during the move. We check them before and after launch.

Start with one page

See your own website, UpSited.

Send us one page from your current site. We will rebuild it in your brand as an UpSite so you can compare the two side by side. No contract, no pressure.
